TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO JOIN THE GROUP
We are a group of people who were cheated by Saxo Bank. We all have the same problem with the EUR/CHF and other CHF positions. We created this group because we want to form a big number of people in order to be stronger and share the costs of the law firm for the trial. Then if you would to join our group you should know that we will share the cost of the lawyers and our common goal is to ask for one simple thing. We want Saxo Bank to return our accounts into the account balance before the re-quote. We don't accept the re-quoted rate. And of course we don't accept any negative balance on our accounts. We do not negotiate on this, we will only accept the balance before the re-quote. Should Saxo Bank offer that they forgive the negative balances for us it feels the same as to have the account with negative balance. When we closed our positions with the price that Saxo Bank gave us we did not have negative balance on our accounts. We are not giving our money to Saxo Bank for free to pay for their mistakes and faults. We will fight for our rights and our money. If we lose the case in Denmark we will go further to the European court. We will examine all the possible ways to recover our money in the legal way and fair way.

In the email please send your name, Saxo Bank ID and tell us your history more or less, if you had stop loss, if you closed your position after margin call or whatever happened to you in summary.
Please be sure that you are Saxo Bank A/S customer. As the jurisprudence for Saxo Bank A/S customers is Copenhague (Denmark) we will start the lawsuit for the trial there. If you are Saxo Bank Capital Market customer you will have other jurisprudence, it could be your country. Then check the ''Business Terms and Conditions'' that you agreed with Saxo Bank when you opened your account to know the jurisprudence for the conflicts between customers and Saxo Bank. In our case we are happy, because Denmark has fast, fair and good legal system, and we hope we will have the opportunity to win the case.
What is really important at the moment is that you help us spread information about our group, we need your support with the following actions:
1- Check in your country all the trading forums, blogs, web sites, etc. and write about our group, inform them that there is a group and they can send e-mail to saxobankcug@gmail.com to join the group.
2- Share the group information in Facebook, Twitter and Google +.
3- Check the most famous media channels in your country, for TV, radio and newspaper, and try to contact them to do an interview with some members, and publish information about our group. It will help to tell our story to the world.
If you do it, in couple of weeks our group will include more and more people, we will be stronger in the trial, and we will have more people to share the lawyer costs during the trial in Denmark.
